Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and reporting support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
