Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting closures to ensure production of accounts within Group deadlines
• Manage complex accounting treatments, including analytical accounting and IFRS consolidation adjustments
• Control and justify the reliability of accounts and information produced by various departments
• Determine tax results, calculate corporate income tax, and produce periodic reporting statements
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and operational management for regular and specific requests
• Coordinate audit work with statutory auditors for interim and annual reviews
• Ensure compliance with French and IFRS accounting standards and internal control rules
• Provide functional leadership to treasury, client, and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of consolidated experience, ideally in Big 4 audit or large group accounting departments
• Expertise in IFRS standards and mastery of consolidation processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Magnitude, or Sage
• Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting (DSCG, DEC, or Master)
• Operational English proficiency for a large European scope
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to influence without direct hierarchical authority
