Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting operations team
• Manage end-to-end A/P operations including 3-way match processes
• Manage end-to-end A/R operations including billing, cash application, and collections
• Oversee employee expense report processing and compliance
• Oversee payroll processing and reconciliations
• Prepare and review sales tax returns and compliance filings
• Partner in month-end close through journal entries and reconciliations
• Support treasury and banking activities, including banking transition workstreams
• Support external financial audits and internal compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements and evaluate automation/AI opportunities
• Support ERP effectiveness and acquisition integration activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• 3+ years in a management capacity
• Experience using an ERP system
• Payroll experience
• Accounts payable experience including 3-way match
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Miamisburg, OH

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential
• NetSuite experience
• ADP experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with daily banking/treasury functions
