Accounting Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting close across all global entities
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and review expense accuracy
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition according to ASC606
• Lead audit preparedness and coordinate with external auditors
• Drive finance transformation by leveraging AI and modern tooling

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in public and private hyper-growth environments
• Proficiency in US GAAP including revenue recognition and lease accounting
• Ability to build solutions and automate processes using AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous IPO experience with enterprise B2B software companies
• CPA license and/or Big 4 experience
• Proficiency with modern office of the CFO tech stacks
