Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and financial reporting
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and technical accounting
• Manage audit, tax, and statutory compliance
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and transfer pricing
• Manage external accounting, tax, and audit partners
• Lead accounting systems and future ERP implementations
• Improve quote-to-cash processes with Sales and Revenue Operations
• Manage billing and payments operations, including Stripe workflows
• Build the accounting function to support company scaling

Requirements

• 8–12 years of accounting experience in high-growth technology companies
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, technical accounting, and SaaS revenue recognition
• Experience supporting multi-entity businesses and international operations
• Familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and international tax
• Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue operations
• Proven track record of improving business processes
• Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success
• Builder mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a company through rapid growth
• Experience leading or playing a key role in an ERP migration
• Ability to use SQL to investigate data and validate assumptions
