Accounting Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and recording of accounting entries and fixed assets
• Generate financial statements and assist in budget preparation
• Oversee invoicing, administrative processes, and internal controls
• Support auditing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Perform basic accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements

• Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Professional license/Título y Cédula required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in basic accounting and financial statements
• Knowledge of NIF (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as AX, Dynamics 2012, or Oracle
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
• English language proficiency
• Availability to travel and work with a flexible schedule
