Responsibilities

• Monitor bank reconciliation statements and bank assignments
• Handle customer and supplier accounts including invoice entry, payments, and follow-up
• Guarantee the reliability of accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices
• Monitor supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards
• Ensure administrative follow-up for the accounting department, including archiving and supplier files
• Propose and help implement improvements to working methods
• Review and validate employee expense reports, business travel, and team events in adherence to company policy and tax regulations

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance or accounting
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a top accounting firm or a fast-growing startup/scale-up
• Mastery of French accounting rules
• Proficiency in Office suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP by Design is a plus
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality
