Accounting Intern

Responsibilities

• Validate and check incoming supplier invoices in accordance with current legal requirements
• Reconcile, verify, and post supplier invoices and monitor workflows
• Check and post advance invoices, compensations, and assigned payments
• Reconcile open supplier accounts, respond to payment notices, and process late interest charges
• Perform regular control tasks related to supplier processes
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including GR/IR ledger reconciliation and accrual calculations
• Process non-invoice payment requests and manage bank transfers
• Support data provision for external audits, internal audits, and regulatory bodies
• Document and update process descriptions and suggest improvements based on regulatory changes
• Participate in process development projects

Requirements

• Active or passive full-time university student
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Studies in finance, accounting, or economics
• Basic proficiency in English
• Basic MS Office skills
