Accounting & Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in global accounting functions and internal financial processes
• Assist with the preparation of journal entries related to monthly General Ledger activity
• Support the team in understanding revenue recognition, inventory management, and warranty expense booking
• Assist in researching financial information pertaining to statements of operations, assets, liabilities, and capital
• Gain exposure to internal and external reporting requirements, including SEC filings such as 10Q and 10K
• Learn to use Oracle ERP and other specialized accounting applications
• Support the global payroll process and data integration with HCM
• Assist with research on technical accounting matters and support audit/review processes

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student at the senior level
• Pursuing studies in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Understanding of internal financial processes

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
