Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiter (Team Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals to meet weekly and monthly targets
• Maintain high personal production standards to set the pace for the team
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through teamwork
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to fulfill open job orders
• Utilize technology to log activities, track job orders, and maintain business development records
• Analyze team performance and identify trends affecting output or client satisfaction
• Partner with clients to align recruitment efforts with their hiring goals
• Implement and share best practices to drive consistent results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance goals
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to work with urgency and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation
• Background in audit, tax, or public accounting
• Experience with Bullhorn
