Accounting Expert RtR

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly book closing activities and coordinate tasks between local sites and other departments
• Ensure reporting packages for IFRS consolidation are published according to deadlines
• Perform GL management, reconciliations, and open item follow-ups
• Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (RtR) process flows and participate in RPA deployment
• Handle changes in closing activities and participate in internal and external audits
• Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with established financial processes

Requirements

• University or College degree in Accounting or Economics
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an accounting role
• Strong working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency in SAP FI
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with Pivot Tables
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Experience with Excel Macros
