Accounting Economist

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire invoicing process and handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and accounts receivable
• Independently manage accounts receivable
• Assist with parts of the ongoing bookkeeping
• Support the Accounting Manager during monthly and annual closings
• Provide internal support to architects regarding project setups and invoicing documentation
• Manage customer contracts

Requirements

• Post-secondary education as an accounting economist (YH or university)
• Approximately 3–5 years of operational experience, preferably from architecture or consulting firms
• Strong system proficiency
• Experience with project tools such as Briljant and/or Silverbucket is a merit
• Service-oriented and communicative personality
• Self-driven and structured approach to deadlines
• High level of integrity and security awareness
