Responsibilities

• Guarantee financial truth by ensuring the reliability of accounts, accuracy of closings, and robustness of accounting processes
• Master complex insurance accounting including technical provisions, reinsurance treaties, and specific balance sheet mechanisms
• Industrialize and automate the accounting function to reduce manual operations and shorten closing times
• Supervise cash management, including broker and reinsurer collections and payment deadlines
• Lead tax compliance, including declarations and optimization within the legal framework
• Prepare the company for due diligence for investors, auditors, and the ACPR regulator
• Manage and grow the accounting team through coaching and recruitment

Requirements

• Technical mastery of insurance accounting (technical provisions, reinsurance, etc.)
• Experience building or redesigning a scalable finance function with automated systems
• Ability to navigate the complexities of a high-growth company
• Strong data literacy to understand end-to-end accounting information flows
• Executive leadership skills with the ability to participate in the CODIR
• Excellent synthetic and impactful communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to maintain composure and prioritize under pressure
