Accounting Customer Success Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account management outcomes and manage key customer relationships
• Drive ERP adoption and expansion through training and workflow optimization
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical issues for high-tier accounts
• Operationalize customer support by creating SOPs, best practices, and documentation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay bugs and influence the product roadmap
• Develop deep expertise in DualEntry to translate accounting requirements into system configurations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ERP, accounting audit, accounting, or finance solutions
• Experience in an in-house or public accounting role preferred
• Experience with ERP implementation, finance professional services, or project management
• Hands-on experience using or implementing ERPs such as NetSuite or Intacct
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into automated workflows
• Strong technical aptitude including SQL
• Expert Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

• Professional services, consulting, or account management experience

Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $160,000
• Commission: $10,000 - $50,000
• Equity: $33,000 - $55,000
• 15 PTO days plus 12 public holidays
