About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on invoice discrepancies and anomalies
- Process invoices using three-way matching between invoices, POs, and delivery dockets
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable verification and recording
- Manage supplier onboarding and maintain vendor accounts
- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations
- Manage weekly reporting timelines and generate accounts payable status reports
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and implement financial controls
- Perform invoice validations in Oracle
Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Finance/Accounting
- Knowledge of 3-way invoice matching
- Experience handling vendor and supplier concerns
- Familiarity with supplier statement reconciliations
- Proficiency in ERP/finance systems, preferably Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
