Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage invoicing and administrative functions
- Handle journal entries and accruals
- Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced terminal environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, and journal entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a strong asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
