About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage own client assignments and act as an advisor to customers
- Prepare monthly and annual closings, annual reports, and tax declarations
- Perform reconciliations and financial analyses
- Drive efficiency and development of economic processes
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to increase team competence
- Contribute to the development of working methods and service offerings
Requirements
- Several years of experience in qualified accounting work
- Proficiency in closings, annual reports, and tax declarations
- Strong desire to develop and coach other people
- Curious mindset with a drive for continuous development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with group accounting (koncernredovisning)
- Interest in systems and digitalization
- Previous experience as a consultant
