About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records
- Record weekly and monthly retail center transactions
- Perform inventory review and entry
- Handle interoffice invoicing entries
- Support revenue accountants with mail sorting and check batching
- Process refunds in various merchant accounts
- Review and maintain donor records
- Communicate with campus teams to streamline financial processes
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Ministry
