Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations including deposits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies
• Conduct physical inventory counts for new and used car inventory
• Research and process payments on Fastrak tickets and post aftermarket sales
• Manage time cards and assist billing clerks with deal compliance
• Support the office staff with various tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Basic working knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a dealership environment
