Accounting Associate – Treasury & Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare liquidity management reporting
• Manage bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• Support vendor payments, accounts payable, and employee expense reviews
• Identify opportunities for process automation and internal control improvements
• Partner with the Senior Accountant and VP of Finance on strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting (Big Four or national firm)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA eligibility or active pursuit of CPA certification
• Experience with Ramp
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or multi-entity organizations
