Accounting Associate, Billing & Revenue

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process across multiple currency subsidiaries, validating sales orders, contracts, and taxes.
• Partner with Sales Ops and senior Finance stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage client collections by generating AR Aging reports and conducting bi-weekly collections calls.
• Apply client payments daily in NetSuite and perform bank data matching.
• Oversee the sales tax process, including documenting exemptions and reconciling filed amounts.
• Monitor the AR inbox and serve as a primary point of contact for client payment inquiries.
• Assist with SaaS revenue analytics, deferred revenue, and month-end GL reconciliations.
• Maintain daily cash balance files and support regulatory reporting obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the SaaS industry.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
