Accounting Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and validate daily calculations to ensure NAV accuracy and SLA compliance
• Review and validate all daily activity to ensure adherence to controls, including accurate G/L and balance for daily pricing
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues in coordination with Shared Service teams and external clients
• Provide timely and accurate management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as required and ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are maintained
• Coordinate the effective flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follow up on administrative details

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work North America shifts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good understanding of financial services and investment products

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional European languages is considered a plus
• Experience working within a Shared Services or Center of Excellence (COE) environment
