Accounting Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and validate daily calculations to ensure NAV accuracy and SLA compliance
• Review and validate all daily activity to ensure adherence to controls, including accurate G/L and balance for daily pricing
• Provide timely and accurate management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision
• Research, resolve, and escalate exceptions and discrepancies with Shared Service teams, external clients, and Client Operations
• Ensure all inquiries are resolved accurately and communicate effectively with clients when necessary
• Maintain appropriate records of daily and monthly activities and coordinate the flow of critical information to relevant parties

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial services and investment products
• Ability to work North America shifts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional European languages is considered a plus
• Experience working within a Shared Services or Center of Excellence (COE) environment
