Accounting Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and validate daily calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure Net Asset Value (NAV) accuracy and strict adherence to fund policies and controls.
• Research and resolve accounting exceptions, discrepancies, and issues.
• Provide accurate management reporting and maintain issue logs under moderate supervision.
• Reconcile discrepancies with Shared Service teams, external clients, and Client Operations.
• Coordinate the flow of critical information to relevant parties and maintain appropriate records of daily and monthly activities.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work North America shifts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and investment products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Experience working within a Shared Services or Center of Excellence (COE) environment.
