About the role

Responsibilities

  • Verify that invoice information matches both the purchase order and the goods receipt
  • Post invoices in the ERP system
  • Liaise with Warehouses, Commercial department, and suppliers to resolve variances and issues
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure supplier account accuracy
  • Prepare supporting documentation and maintain financial files and documents
  • Review data for errors and correct deviations
  • Attend periodic stock counts

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relative work experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to stay focused
