About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify that invoice information matches both the purchase order and the goods receipt
- Post invoices in the ERP system
- Liaise with Warehouses, Commercial department, and suppliers to resolve variances and issues
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure supplier account accuracy
- Prepare supporting documentation and maintain financial files and documents
- Review data for errors and correct deviations
- Attend periodic stock counts
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relative work experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to stay focused
