Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and email queries from vendors, customers, and internal staff
• Maintain accounting records, reports, databases, and files
• Complete accounting processes including payments, invoices, purchase orders, and bank deposits
• Reconcile general ledger and bank statements
• Review and process credit card statements and expense reports
• Process student refunds
• Solicit payment on aged accounts
• Provide support for both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, and general ledger reconciliation
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
