Accounting Assistant Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist with bank entries, corporate card documentation, and cash flow forecasting
• Manage supplier accounting, including invoice entry and analysis
• Perform account reconciliation, payment tracking, and client follow-ups
• Support fixed asset management, including commissioning and inventory reconciliation
• Participate in intercompany reconciliations and discrepancy monitoring
• Assist with internal control processes and action plan tracking
• Contribute to the update and archiving of accounting operating procedures
• Support the preparation of intra-community exchange declarations (EMEBI)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a 2nd year BTS Comptabilité Générale, BUT GEA (Finance/Accounting option), or DCG
• Seeking a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship contract starting September 2026
• High level of rigor, precision, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong curiosity and proactive communication skills
• Ability to commute to Montagny (69), France
