Accounting and Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting records are kept accurately, completely, and in compliance with legislation
• Manage monthly closing processes and coordinate the preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage and track tax processes (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) in accordance with regulations
• Plan daily cash flow, prepare cash projections, and analyze variances
• Effectively manage bank relations, loans, limits, and other financing tools
• Ensure regular, controlled, and timely execution of payment and collection processes
• Audit the accuracy of store cash processes and POS/cash reconciliations
• Strengthen internal control mechanisms to minimize errors, fraud, and operational risks

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting and treasury
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow, and budget management
• Proficiency in tax legislation and legal processes
• Experience in managing bank relations and financing processes
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• High competence in communication, coordination, and team management
• Good command of English
