Accounting and Tax Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for hospital financial reports
• Perform data entry according to chart of accounts classification
• Prepare supporting financial reports and attachments
• Distribute project financing requests and check departmental budgets
• Perform reconciliation of bank and cashier transactions
• Collect data and create reports related to operational activities
• Implement quality and safety service procedures and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Tax
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of Coretax system and regulations
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
