Accounting and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting department activities, including accounts payable, cash receipts, prepaids, fixed assets, and vendor accruals
• Monitor general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
• Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles
• Coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for process improvement
• Enforce proper accounting methods and principles (GAAP)
• Assign projects to staff to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of related accounting experience
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisor or lead role
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and automation
• Strong understanding of internal controls and GAAP financial reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
