Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) engagements in Lithuania, ensuring high-quality delivery of accounting and tax compliance services.
• Act as a trusted advisor for local and international clients, managing ongoing relationships and coordinating delivery teams.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements to ensure compliance with Lithuanian and international requirements.
• Manage engagement planning, including timelines, budgets, and service delivery risks.
• Drive process optimization through standardized and technology-enabled accounting and reporting initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and quality.

Requirements

• Solid experience in accounting, finance management, and financial reporting, ideally within professional services or a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills for working in cross-border environments.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
