Accounting and Finance Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OPEX operations, including accounts payable, corporate card management, and reimbursement review
• Drive the build-out and continuous optimization of core finance workflows and systems, including Ramp
• Deliver in-depth analysis across key OPEX categories such as software, marketing, T&E, and payroll to support cost management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead vendor management efforts and contract reviews
• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for expense-related inquiries across the company
• Manage the corporate card program, ensuring policy compliance and timely reconciliation
• Support month-end close activities related to OPEX accruals and reconciliations

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field
• Foundational accounting knowledge, including a solid understanding of debits, credits, and core principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn financial tools and platforms like Ramp
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence for cross-functional partnership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a high-growth startup
• Hands-on experience with Ramp or similar AP/expense management platforms
• Prior experience specifically in accounts payable or financial operations
