Accounting and Finance Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target lists to develop client relationships
• Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Generate new job orders weekly to meet performance objectives
• Manage job orders from initial intake through to fulfillment
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell services across business lines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 24 to 36 months of experience in audit, tax, public accounting, or a directly relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development
