Accounting and Finance Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target lists to develop client relationships
• Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent
• Update and utilize a candidate skills matrix
• Perform weekly interviews
• Generate leads via professional relationships and candidate interactions
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions across lines of business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 24 to 36 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development
