About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, verify, and review various supplier reports and invoices
- Communicate with suppliers and purchasing departments
- Data entry and invoice tracking
- Preparation and issuance of weekly payments
- Archive and filing management
- Accounts receivable management and statement analysis
- Administrative support to management
- Execution of ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of precision and meticulousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
