About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and debug bank reconciliations
- Review and analyze payroll flat files generated by Human Resources
- Perform payroll reconciliation and establish differences between accounting software (SUN) and payroll applications
- Verify social security records against monthly payments
- Conduct monthly petty cash counts
- Manage adjustment notes, depreciation, amortizations, and inventory records
- Analyze and reconcile Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
- Record monthly income and expense provisions
- Calculate and record foreign exchange differences
- Support the preparation of national taxes and financial information for Supersociedades and DIAN
- Provide information for regional and headquarters reporting
Requirements
- Student in final semesters, Technologist, or Professional in Accounting
- Three (3) years of experience in the field
- Basic English proficiency
