Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Record financial documents including invoices, bank statements, and payment records into Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Perform monthly closing procedures and monthly trial balance checks
• Track vendor invoices and ensure correct cost center allocation
• Review and approve employee personal expense reports
• Prepare payment plans for the payments team and record intercompany transactions
• Coordinate with accounting and tax consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and financial accuracy
• Prepare supporting schedules for tax declarations and submit them to senior management
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, or finance
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Advanced English proficiency (used daily)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification is a plus
