Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform billing activities including single and massive invoicing for English, foreign, and intercompany customers
• Manage master data by inserting, modifying, or unlocking codes and sales areas
• Execute month-end closing activities accurately and on time, including preparing accruals
• Ensure SLA assurance and compliance with all AR policies and procedures
• Research, analyze, and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Communicate with internal customers and business units to ensure accurate query resolution
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and maintain updated process documentation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Professional level of English and Polish language (at least B2 level)
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel
• Good analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
• Experience with process improvement, innovation, or transformation is a plus
• High motivation, proactiveness, and ability to work in a team
