Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and record fixed asset transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and ensure accuracy of classifications and useful lives
• Coordinate annual physical inventories and asset tagging
• Execute monthly and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets
• Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting standards (NIF) and SAT requirements
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations
• Provide support to ERP users and participate in system improvements
• Support Accounts Payable activities and fiscal compliance (CFDI)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in Fixed Assets accounting
• Intermediate English level
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VAT and tax-related accounting processes
