Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close reporting processes for Budgets, Forecasts, and Financial Reporting.
• Report asset progress against performance objectives including Earnings, Cash Flow, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Provide counsel and analysis to management regarding actual results versus performance targets.
• Perform analysis and modeling of different financial scenarios.
• Interact with corporate departments to manage the accounting of complex transactions.
• Collaborate with the Planning team on Business Plan preparation and prepare ad-hoc reports for Business Unit management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or business analysis roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of financial reporting concepts such as P&L and variance analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into financial analysis and impacts.
