Responsibilities

• Support periodic month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Own accounts payable and procurement operations, including vendor management and invoice processing
• Assist with financial statement audits and maintain financial systems knowledge
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accounting efficiency
• Support the documentation and adherence to internal controls for SOX-ready reporting
• Partner with Finance, Telco, and Product teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Manage hygiene and optimization of complex financial datasets and automated validation frameworks

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience in Big 4, consulting, or fast-paced tech/SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Ramp preferred
• Strong knowledge of core systems including QBO and Ramp
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of driving process optimization independently
• Meticulous organizational skills for managing large projects and daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical mastery of GL, accruals, and close optimization
• Practical understanding of internal controls and risk mitigation
• Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment
