Responsibilities

• Support periodic month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Own accounts payable and procurement operations, including vendor management and invoice processing
• Assist with financial statement audits and maintain financial systems knowledge
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accounting efficiency
• Support the documentation and adherence to internal controls for SOX-ready reporting
• Partner with Finance, Telco, and Product teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Manage complex financial datasets and design automated validation frameworks

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience in Big 4, consulting, or tech/SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Ramp preferred
• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles (GL, accruals, close optimization)
• Experience with QBO and Ramp
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
