Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) stamping for income, expenses, and payments
• Verify customer tax data (RFC, tax regime, CFDI usage, etc.) accuracy prior to stamping
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the invoicing workflow
• Reconcile tax portfolios against the General Ledger, ensuring payment complements are stamped
• Guarantee that all invoicing complies with SAT regulations and internal company policies
• Manage CFDI cancellations and substitutions in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and clarifications related to invoicing
• Reconcile stamped income/expense documents against the General Ledger and SAT information

Requirements

• Proven experience working with CFDI 4.0
• Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing processes and regulatory changes
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent problem-solving and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP ERP systems
• Proficiency in handling massive data sets within Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and orientation toward results-driven compliance
