Accounting Analyst (A/R)

Responsibilities

• Record all AR-related journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for year-end close
• Ensure accurate, IFRS15-compliant General Ledger for accounts receivable
• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including monitoring invoices/credit notes and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare monthly AR aging and assess collectability and credit quality
• Conduct variance analysis for AR accounts against budget and prior periods
• Perform reconciliations between operational back-end systems and NetSuite ERP
• Serve as the functional owner for Accounts Receivable flows in NetSuite
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve customer refunds and provide finance guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts receivable accounting and billing functions
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Spanish
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• CPA or ACCA certification
• Big4 experience
