Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy in weekly supplier and partner reports
• Provide timely support for tax-related requests within 5 days after month-end
• Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar days
• Manage reconciliation of assigned accounts within 6 calendar days
• Implement process improvements using AI and automation tools
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets for financial analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of accounting experience in medium or large organizations
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to integrate AI and automation into accounting processes
• Understanding of banking regulations and audit requirements

• Experience in high-growth fintech environments
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
