About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records related to various functions in spreadsheets and accounting systems
- Perform accounting reconciliations for RTR functional accounts and internal ledgers
- Assist in preparing RTR function related reports and analysis of open items
- Conduct basic analysis to validate functional computations and identify discrepancies
- Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve RTR function related queries and discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for respective RTR functional transactions
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Ability to perform basic financial and functional data analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills for coordination with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Finance RTR functions within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
