About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify CFDIs, manage the SAT portal, and prepare invoices
- Support control, analysis, entry, and registration of accounting policies
- Support monthly closing activities and prepare accounting/administrative reports
- Provide documentation for internal or external audits
- Participate in physical inventories and validate system information
- Manage employee files, support recruitment, and control attendance and payroll documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks, agenda management, and office organization
- Maintain physical and digital files through classification and archiving
- Support management of minor purchases and office supplies
- Provide reception duties and manage courier services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or administration
- High level of Spanish and English
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and Mexican tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Contpaqi
- Experience with SAP
