Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process various invoice types including PO, Non-PO, Credit, and Debit notes
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and manage error handling
• Resolve queries by interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending documentation for payment
• Execute payment proposals, standard payments, and express payments
• Manage vendor and customer account creation and modification (PARMA)
• Exercise necessary financial controls for group and non-group companies

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or a Business degree
• Proven experience handling invoices within SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in various shifts and function as a reliable team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP transitions
• Experience with process improvement initiatives or automation tools
