Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process various invoice types including PO, Non-PO, Credit, and Debit notes
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching and handle error resolution
• Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending documentation for payments
• Execute payment proposals, standard payments, and express payments
• Manage vendor and customer account creation and modifications (PARMA)
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or a Business degree
• 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience
• Hands-on experience handling invoices within SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week and flexibility to work various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP transitions
• Experience with process improvement initiatives or automation tools
