Accountant

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries, expense reclassifications, and adjustments
• Perform analyses and account reconciliations for balance sheets and income statements
• Participate in the month-end closing process
• Produce monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements and ad hoc reports
• Assist in monthly headquarters reporting using Hyperion Financial Management
• Handle intercompany billing and reconciliation between local and parent company tools
• Support the preparation of semi-annual and annual audit documents
• Manage special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree or certificate in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
• Practical experience with large-scale financial systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a multi-company context
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with international parties and remote teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM)
